Those who own gNSBT by staking NSBT are charged a fee when they perform an unstake operation, depending on their stake duration. This fee is called the NSBT Unstaking Fee. The Unstaking Fee Rate decreases for NSBT with longer stake durations.

When the NSBT unstaking fee amount paid to the contract increases, it means that a certain amount of NSBT is returned to the Neutrino DAO address and a certain amount of NSBT is released.
